Common questions about PoinPPM and how it works.
LEAP (Learning Empowers All People) is a program that encourages PPM employees to learn independently, outside of the development programs already budgeted for the current year. Every completed development activity can be converted into points, accumulated each quarter.
There are 2 recognized training tracks:
Refer to guideline point 3 - not related to hobbies, etc.
PPM employees with PKWT or PKWTT status
After completing a development activity, upload the following documents to the LEAP Dashboard:
Also under point 3: claims must be submitted no later than 30 calendar days after the activity ends, and no later than the end of the third month of that quarter. Without supporting evidence, claims cannot be processed.
Supervisor approval is needed to make sure there's no conflict with work schedules or urgent assignments on the activity date, especially if it takes place during work hours or uses leave quota. The supervisor does not assess how relevant the training topic is to the employee's role - choosing the topic is the right of every PPM employee as an independent learner.
Points are personal and cannot be transferred to other PPM employees. In addition, point balances cannot be carried over to the following year - all points reset at the start of every January.
No. LEAP is an additional development initiative outside of the current year's HR development plan (RKAPB), giving PPM employees an extra opportunity to learn according to their own interests and needs.
